MS Schadenfreude?

I don’t usually indulge in schadenfreude, but in the case of Microsoft I’ll make an exception by posting this article.

They should just throw in the towel and give up all market share of anything resembling a portable music player. When I owned an ipod it absolutely rocked and there was nothing even resembling it as far as memory and ease of use. Anyhoodle, great article Josh and go apple.

Microsoft? Give up on a technology market? Let’s get real. There are companies to bully, execs to blackmail, insiders to threaten, marketing to over saturate via Clear Channel.

Anyway, maybe MS isn’t that underhanded. Maybe …

    Or maybe not.

Apple has a superior platform and hardware for music technology — always has been. I’m glad that some people (even softies) have figured that out.

OS X has made Apple the superior platform for much more than education, publishing, and multimedia. And yes, go Apple!

I’d have to agree with MJ on this one. MS is much more likely to throw all their money at a problem until they own the market. They’re not going to give up.
