Too Many Limos

Have you ever played that game where you’re a valet and you’re in charge of an overcrowded parking lot? The goal is to get each car out of the parking lot by shifting the other cars around that block their exit. And you must do this without scratching any of the cars. Some are regular cars. The harder ones are limos, because they take up more space and block more cars from moving.

That game is the perfect metaphor for my life right now. So now you know where I’m at. I’m in the parking lot with my white gloves on.

  1. I usually use the “juggling too many objects” metaphor to describe my life. With my finding it difficult to say “no”, I end up deciding what do I try to let down easy, what do I keep juggling, and what do I just let drop on the floor and break.

May you move vehicles strategically and safely and may timing be on your side.

  2. Not that this has anything to do with your post (although it might help if you didn’t have to worry about the vile creatures), but the spider catcher that you linked to on my blog? Works. And I have one in purple. *grins*

Dads are great protectors, even it’s by making their grown daughters spider killing air machines.

*dusts off hands* There. Since Neal wouldn’t tell you, I have.
