Warning: only for geeks and web developers. If your log files are filling up with DAV exploits, here’s a nifty little idea that will motivate the folks who are capable of fixing the underlying problem.

    Someone was incessently reloading one of my pages once. It was some script that as soon as it finished it’d start over. So I sent it to the then current MS service pack (I think 2K SP4), which checks in around 250MB. The requests changed from once every 13 seconds to around once every 8 minutes. They still kept going for days though… 🙂
